Le Buisson des Poules

The house (le "Buisson des Poules") (+ 600 m²) is located in the middle of nature (forest and fields, whose access is free (except 8 hunting days),with balised trails, above the river "Our"'s valley near a small country road (100 m) and nearby a small village partially classified (900 m) "Our".

The river "Our" is slaloming through the estate (7 ha) full of trouts during the season (mandatory fishing permit available at any post office at 12 €).

A tennis ground and mountain bikes lease at 1 km upon reservation. The "Buisson" is in the middle of Belgian Ardenne (Paliseul) close to various touristic areas like Dinant (1/2 hour), Redu (Space Center and book village – 10 min.), Bouillon (20 min.), Lesse, Rochefort, Durbuy (45 min.) Liège (45 min.), Namur (45 min), Luxemburg (45 min.) French border (20 min.) and Brussels finally close by (1 h 15)!

The "Buisson des Poules" built in 1840, has been completely renovated in 2002, includes, at the 1st floor : 2 livings, 1 library, 2 open fires places, a separate dining room, a fully equiped kitchen (2 electric ovens, expresso machine, coffee machine, gas cooker, 3 sinks, dishwasing machine, TV) 1 vestibule, 1 separate w.c., cloakroom with sink.

At the first floor : 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 w.c., 1 tv room (large screen, home cinema, DVD, Canal Sat etc.+/- 100 channels and Internet access). The 2nd floor is not yet available.
